We would like to inform you that photography and video recording will be conducted during this event for official purposes.

By registering for this event, you hereby grant the event organizer of Limbang Tacik Ta'a permission to utilize any images or video footage captured during the event.

These materials may be used for promotional, publication, marketing, and other necessary purposes related to the event.

OBJECTIONS & COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Eligibility: Only registered participants have the right to submit objections or complaints.

Timeline: Participants may raise objections or submit complaints in writing within 30 minutes after the results are announced.

Submission Process: To submit an objection or complaint, kindly complete the complaint form available at the information desk.

Processing Fee: Please be aware that a processing fee of IDR 1,000,000 is required for submitting an objection or complaint. If the protest is accepted, the fee will be refunded.
